Multi-Organ Screening

Most HNPCC patients were partially adherent to intensive multi-organ screening; however, both adherent and non-adherent pts indicated their intent to initiate or resume screening. Future research will focus on assessing predictors of adherence, as well as identifying strategies to promote adherence, particularly for evidence-based tests such as colonoscopy.
Their docs have to be adherent and knowledgeable too!
